This blog is designed to keep everyone updated with our current training programs, business realizations, organizational tips and hacks, or generally putting out our insights of things that might be beneficial for you are your organization!
But before that, a quick introduction of ourselves first.
M.R. Villar
If you're wondering what M.R. stands for, it's Michael Ray. But please call me M.R.
My first encounter in training was in college wherein I was part of an organization called Student Trainers or STRAINS. We would conduct Team Building activities for other student organizations.
After college, I had my internship and subsequently been absorbed by a local universal bank as a HR Training Assistant and rose the ranks to HR Training Officer in almost 6 years.
Then I decided to pursue the Creatives primarily as a Wedding Photographer among other disciplines of photography which I still am right now. I currently shoot and own Canary Studios PH (www.mrvillar.com).
Training never really left even when I took a different route as I was giving out workshops and being invited to talk about photography for a good number of occasions. I also conducted team buildings for organizations on the side.

"I am a ' jack-of-all-trades'. Other than training, I have worked in HR,Missionary Work, BusinessDevelopment, Marketing, and Sales. I bring with me these experiences to make my sessions relatable to anyone."
We've met in a community and became friends since HS days. The idea of having our own company have hung in our minds and have been part of conversations for the longest time, but timing's always off due to various reasons. But alas, a Divine Plan, fate, and the whole universe conspired for us to start our own company, in the hardest of circumstances at that. Indeed, everything will just fall into place at the right moment.
Our realization while putting up our own company? While not everything you've planned for will work out, it is up to you control that things you can and not worry too much on the things that you don't have control of. This makes it easier to become agile, to become solutions-oriented, and to basically survive this pandemic.
